This is the only free maths forum around that is suited to school children that I have seen.

There are many maths forums but they are usually suited only to upper high and university students.

I suspect English might be the same.  But It is worth looking and then looking again because new sites pop up all the time. Also, sometimes just one different word in the search can make all the difference.

This question is incomplete and cannot be answered.

It is owned by Web2.0calc.  It is really a calculator site.  The forum is just tucked in behind the calculator.

I assumed that the what stood for a pronumeral.  Let's call it W

$$\\\frac{1}{17}=17W\\\\
\mbox{divide both sides by 17}\\\\
\frac{1}{17^2}=W\\\\
W=\frac{1}{289}\\\\
SO\\\\
\frac{1}{17}=17\times \frac{1}{17^2}$$
