1/3 ÷ 2 ( so now we'll reciprocate this)
=1/3 x 1/2 (out here we have reciprocated as well as changed the division sign to multiplication sign)
=1/6 ANSWER

Dividing by x is the same as multiplying by its repciprocal.
For example 8/2 is the same as 8 * 0.5
Dividing by 2 is the same as multiplying by 0.5.
1/2 is the reciprocal of 2/1.( just flip the numbers upside down )
