First one      find where x = 2     go up from there to intersect the red line....the 'y' value there is   f(2)

 

Second one     the blue graph is shifted UP   3 units from the red one   so    blue f(x)  = red f(x) + 3

 

Third one        the blue graph is shifted 2 units LEFT       blue f(x) = red f(x+2)
