Replace f(x) with f(x)-7         

Replace x with x-4

It seems like the signs are the wrong way around but think about it like you are solving a little equation

x-4=0 so x= positive 4

You get 

f(x)-7 = |x-4|

after rearranging you get;

f(x)=|x-4|+7

This is how these always work.

I expect you have more of these.

put one up but try to anwer it yourself and i will tell you if it is correct.
