You can only get VERY close to 0

 

Here is an example...

 

(1/99)^80 = a  very very small number, but still > 0

No, the closest you can get is 1

Ex: 52=25 51=5 50=1
the n0=1 rule is true for all real numbers

0^0 is undefined
