Please Help! What did I do incorrect?

To solve part (b) I implemented the following steps:

                                                         4/110 = 6/x               Write a proportion.

                                                         660/4= 4x/4              Use the Cross Products Property.

                                                                   165 = x           Division Property of Equality

                                                                          The height of the zip line is  165 feet.

What you have done is to find the vertical height of the platform from ground to top.  Now you have that and the 110' you can use Pythagoras' theorem to find the length of the zip line.
