( 3m  + 15 ) (  n -2 )  = 3mn -6m + 15n  -30

Thanks , EP.....here's another way to see this

Note  that the first two terms factored  =   3m ( n - 2)

Then using (n - 2)  as  one of the linear  factors, the last two  terms  can be written as  15 ( n - 2)

So  the factorization into  2 linear terms  =   (n - 2)  ( 3m + 15)  = 3mn - 6m  + 15n  - 30

Just as EP found  !!!
