Note that the first two terms factored = 3m ( n - 2)
Then using (n - 2) as one of the linear factors, the last two terms can be written as 15 ( n - 2)
So the factorization into 2 linear terms = (n - 2) ( 3m + 15) = 3mn - 6m + 15n - 30
