5t+4 >19     subtract 4 from both sides of the equation

5t > 15         divide both sides by 5

t>3            Answer A

  Actually the equation SHOULD read 5t+4 >= 19   because if he rides EXACTLY 3 loops and to-from the park it would be exactly 19 miles
