I might've missed a few permutations that I'll find in the future, but for the moment, I'm pretty sure that the answer is 35.

 

Here's why:

 

4 0 0 0 x4 boxes

3 1 0 0 x12 permutations amongst the four boxes

2 2 0 0 x6

2 I 1 0 x 12

1 1 1 1

 

6 + 4 + 12 + 12 + 1 = 35.

I think there are no permutations because the boxes and balls are identical.
