they definitely have Chromosomes and Spores. I don't know about Cilia.
+37146 Cilia are for moving cells around.....or for stationary cells , moving gunk over the surface....think about all of the phlegm you cough up during a cold.....cilia on the cells in your trachea move that gunk up and out.....until you cough and taste salt in your mouth ! 
If you are a smoker you damage those cilia and stuff collects in your lungs.....you have to hack and sputter and cough to get things up...yum.
