My answer has three parts:

1)  The right side:  Area  =  length x width  =  8 m x 2.4 m  =  19.2 square meters

2)  The left side is the same as the right side:  19.2 square meters

3)  The top = ½ the circumference of the circle x length

                   =  ½ x (pi x diameter) x length  =  ½ x pi x 3.6 m x 8 m  =  45.239 square meters.

Adding them together:  19.2 + 19.2 + 45.239  =  83.639 square meters.

3.6m is the diameter. 1.8m is the radius.
