If y=\(\frac{2x-3x^2}{3}\) and x=2a+1, what is the value of y when a=-1?

x=2a+1

  = (2)(-1)+1

x = -1

y = [2(-1) - 3(-1)^2 ] / 3

  =  (-2 -3)/3

  = -5/3
