Good try Yang Shizzle but you made a little mistake . :(

4<2(1-3x)<10

Divide all by 2

2 < 1-3x < 5

subtract 1 from all three"sides"

1 < -3x < 4

now seperate

1< -3x     and       -3x<4

divide by -1  which means you have to turn the signs around

-1>+3x     and       3x>-4

3x<-1       and        x>-4/3

x<-1/3        and         -4/3 <x

swap the order

-4/4< x       and        x<-1/3

-4/3  < x < -1/3
