Jerell bought 3200 Christmas ornaments. He gave 2/5 of the ornaments to his friends and uses 5/6 of the remaining ornaments to decorate 60 larges and small Christmas trees.

(a) What fraction of the ornaments did Jerell use to decorate the Christmas trees?

(b) Jerell used 40 ornaments on each large Christmas tree and 15 ornaments on each small Christmas tree. How many large Christmas trees were there?

(a) He gave 2/5 of the ornaments, that means 3/5ths are left. 3/5 * 5/6 = 1/2

the answer is  \(\Rightarrow \boxed{1/2}\)
