Hey guest! Honestly, in my opinion, as long as you eat enough, then sleep typically > eating. However, in a life or death situation, eating would probably be more important than sleeping(as long as you don't die from sleep deprivation ofc)
The longest somebody has lived without sleep is 11 days. The longest for eating is 54 days. So sleep is more crucial and needed more to live.
both are necessary i could not survive one day without doing either without wanting to die
Sleeping and eating are equally important.
If you don't sleep enough, you're too tired and can't get through a day with a lot of homework.
If you don't eat enough.... well.... you die.
