B is certainly on the line.

gradient = \(\frac{rise}{run}=\frac{-9-6}{-2-3}=\frac{-15}{-5}=\frac{3}{1}\)

So for every 3 the line goes up it runs along 1 in the positive direction so the points on the line will be

(-2,-9)

(-1,-6)

(0,-3)

(1,0)

(2,3)

(3,6)

So which one is not there?
