Could some one tell me how i solve this Question? I dont understand how to to it:

well its basically like a fraction up there, 

(16)^3/2 
First find (16)^3 and then find its squareroot(as there is a power of /2) 


Sqrt(16*16*16)
Sqrt(4096)
64
