Well if there are 15 people including mark, then there are 14 people excluding him. If we want an executive committee with 2 people, one of which is mark, then we need one other person who isn't mark. There are 14 people that we can choose from. So the answer would be \(\boxed{14}\). at least thats what im interpreting the question as
