I think they want this

First function    =   ∛x

Second function  =  -3 ∛ [2 (x - 1) ]  + 7

What is the transformation that maps f(x) to g(x)???

The "-" reflects f(x)  over the x axis

The "3"   vertically stretches f(x) by a factor of 3

The "2"  horizontally compresses f(x) by a factor of 2

The  " (x - 1) "   shifts f(x) to the right 1 unit

The "7"  shifts f(x)  up by 7 units
