The population in Loving County is 15,000 people. The growth rate of the area is estimated to be 6.5% per year. Predict that population in 10 years. Use a graphing calculator to help you sketch the graph of this function. please help me understand how to do this

The population at the end of the n'th year is p = 15000*(1.065)n    (assuming 15000 is the population at the beginning of the first year).

 

You should be able to graph this on a graphing calculator.
