Let the x axis be the number of bags of popcorn she can buy and let the y axis be the number of drinks she can buy

The max number of bags of popcorn she can buy is 30/5 = 6

So....we have the point (6, 0) on the gragh

And the max number of drinks that she can buy is 30 / 2.50  =  12

So...the point (0, 12)   is on the graph

So......the intercepts are  (6, 0)  and (0, 12)

The slope of the line connecting these is  [ 12 - 0 ] / [ 0 - 6]  =  12 / -6 =  -2

Using  the point (0, 12)....the equation of the line joining these points is given by

y = -2x + 12

Here's the graph....https://www.desmos.com/calculator/gcswbeikjv

Note that all integer coordinates on the graph  represent the bags of popcorn / number of drinks that she can buy at each point.....and the total price will be $30 at each of these points
