You have to make the denominators the same so that you can compare them.
Erin 1/3=4/12
Lauren 2/8=1/4=3/12
4/12 is more than 3/12 so Erin is the most successful.
6/8 and 4/10 OR 3/4 and 2/5 and 3/4 is more successful.....Yet again I hope im right...
