The graph passes through the point:  (x1, y1) = (0,-3)  and the point:  (x2, y2) = (-3,3).

Slope formula:  m  =  (3 - -3) / (-3 - 0)  =  6/-3  =  -2

The y-intercept occurs at -3.

Slope-intercept form:  y  =  -2x + -3     --->     2x + y  =  -3
