Me too! and the model answer said Browsing as well but my english teacher said surfing because Sandra isn't looking for a specific book, she is just going through them. But I think "On Amazon" changes all of that.

No it isn't wrong.

I just asked 2 other Native english speakers who said Browsing as well.. Maybe teacher got confused there :P Thanks :D

I have to disagree with the above. 

 

I think SURFING because Sandra is doing it online.  It would be browsing if she were looking through physical books. 

 

Reverse the stipulated condition:  Sandra likes (Surfing/Browsing) through the books at the local library.
