If you're trying to multiply this out, all you need to do is distribute.

That just means multiply whatever is outside the parenthesees by every single thing inside the parenthesees and add the products together.

(-2x²y³)(4x³y) + (-2x²y³)(-7x²y) + (-2x²y³)(-3x)

 

Rearrange the factors in each term to make it easier to see, if you want.

(-2)(4)(x²)(x³)(y³)(y) + (-2)(-7)(x²)(x²)(y³)(y) + (-2)(-3)(x²)(x)(y³)

 

Then just multply them together.

-8x⁵y⁴ + 14x⁴y⁴ + 6x³y³
