We  can construct  two  equilateral  triangles  with sides of 24 cm   by  joining  the centers of  the circles

 

The  height  of  one  of  these triangles  =  (1//2) side length * sqrt (3)  = 12sqrt (3)

 

So....the height of the the  figure = 

 

Height  of two equilateral triangles  + diameter  of a circle  = 

 

2 * 12sqrt (3)  +  24   =

 

24  ( 1 +sqrt (3))  ≈   65.57   cm
