Find the last equation

Hello!

2x + 5 = 3x - 4 (subtract 2x)

5 = x - 4 (add 4)

9 = x

Not sure what the last step is, but that's how I would solve it.

I dont think it is right.

The answer actually is divide by 1, i guessed it and got it right.

There is no one last step. 

It depends on what your fist steps are.

But only one of those is really possible i guess.

NOTE  dividing by one does nothing.
