Hello Guest!

\(y=m(x-x_1)+y_1\)

\(m=\frac{7-2}{-2+6}=\frac{5}{4}\)

\(y=\frac{5}{4}(x+6)+2\)

\({\color{blue}y=\frac{5}{4}x+9.5}\\ x_0=-7.6\\ y_0=9.5\)

\(A_{◿}=\frac{1}{2}\cdot 7.6\cdot 9.5\)

\(A_{◿}=36.1\ square\ units\)
