Find the standard form of the equation for the circle with the following properties. Center (−4,−3/2) and tangent to the x-axis

Hello macabtesubwoofer!

\(P_c(-4,-1.5)\)

\(f(x) =\pm \sqrt{{\color{blue}1,5}^2-(x-{\color{blue}4})^2}-\color{blue}1,5\\ (y+1.5)^2=1.5^2-(x-4)^2 \)

The standard form of the equation for the circle is

\((x-4)^2+(y+1.5)^2=1.5^2\)

laugh  !
