For each sample, find the sample proportion. Write it as a percent.

I'm not well-versed on this, either, GM.....but I believe the Sample Proportion  for 1(a)  is  just

 

837 / 1150  ≈  . 7278  =   72.8%

 

You should be able to do the other two, based on this....
