It happens when I want to send a message.
+8262 This happens to me when I want to send a message to someone or when I want to post an answer or view a question.
+2592 I assume you have tried refreshing the page and relogging? You should also completely close the the browser down and open it back up. Then either 1 of two things, restart computer or reset router. Considering your limited technical skill, try restarting your computer. It may also be your internet provider, or just your actual account. For that last one, you need an admin or moder to help you
