+529 Ulp! I lost where I wrote down my password. Once this browser logs me off I'll be sunk. I've tried another browser and my most likely password doesn't work. I probably didn't give an email when I created the account, so need the PM sent here.
I can prove this is really me. Here's the proof!!

I went to my user control panel and it let me change my password, and without requiring that I type in my old one!
My browser remembers my password, but I don't know of any way to make it tell me. So I've set a new one, and all is good now!

You can write to admin but you are not likely to hear back. When people lose passwords they usually have to take a new name.
