Well you can enter it into the web2 calc or any calc just the way it is.

a fraction line / can be replced with a division sign if need be.

$${\frac{{\mathtt{2}}}{{\mathtt{3}}}}{\mathtt{\,\small\textbf+\,}}{\frac{{\mathtt{24}}}{{\mathtt{36}}}}{\mathtt{\,\small\textbf+\,}}{\frac{{\mathtt{6}}}{{\mathtt{7}}}}{\mathtt{\,\small\textbf+\,}}{\frac{{\mathtt{8}}}{{\mathtt{3}}}} = {\frac{{\mathtt{34}}}{{\mathtt{7}}}} = {\mathtt{4.857\: \!142\: \!857\: \!142\: \!857\: \!1}}$$

Why are you having problems with this?

Do you need to know how to do it by hand?  or is it a calculator problem that you have?
