Points L and M lie on a circle centered at O and the measure of arc LM on this circle is 78. The circle passing through points O, L, and M is drawn. Find the measure of arc LOM on the smaller circle, in degrees.

Smaller circle center => Q

∠LOQ = ∠MOQ = 1/2(arc 78º)

∠LQO = ∠MQO = 180 - 2(39) = 102

Arc LOM = 2 * 102 = 204 degrees
