The point A (3,4) is reflected over the x-axis to B. Then B is reflected over the line y=x to C. What is the area of triangle ABC?
A gets reflected to B=(3,-4) which then gets reflected to C=(-3,-4)
That gets us a right triangle with legs of length 6 and 8.
Can you figure out the area from that?
