In quadrilateral $ABCD$, sides $\overline {AB}$ and $\overline {DC}$ have equal length and are parallel to each other. Point $P$ is the intersection of the diagonals $\overline {AC}$ and $\overline {BD}.$ How many pairs of congruent triangles are in the figure?

Have you tried drawing it?   What type of quadrilateral does it have to be?

Can you take a shot of what you have done or can you explain what you have done and your difficulties.

If you drae it properly you can probably work it out yourself.
