Looking at only the left circle:  MB · MA  =  MT · MT

--->                                             3  ·  12   =  MT2

                                                           36  =  MT2

Therefore,  MT  =  6

Similarly, for the right triangle:  MU  =  6

Finally:  TU  =  12
