Georgia created a new method for their general use civilian license plates. Use your observations and restrictions to determine how many combinations are possible.
Restrictions:
1. The first letter cannot be a T, X, or G. The letter T is used for taxis. X is used for rentals, and G is used for government vehicles.
2. The letter O or zero cannot be used.
CCE 112 (first plate in series)
ZZZ 998 (final plate in series)
3. How many possible license plates are possible for a six character letter/number combination with the following restrictions... The first character is an even number, followed by 2 digits (zero cannot be used), followed by 3 letters (the letter "o" cannot be used). Also, the digits and letters could be switched (digits would go first, then letters), how many license plates could be created?
