I just want to say I think the other guest is correct but I believe it is 92, since 23*4 = 92 :)

it is 92, M and N are 23 and 4

to solve: M has to be prime and N has to be a square, we start off with 4 as that is the smallest square ( we dont count 1) and already, 23 is the biggest prime when multiplied by 4 that the answer is still less than 98

source: i already took the MOEMS and got a 5 (I put 92 as my answer for 2E)
