Graph the equation

Hey guys ! 

 

I was wondering if someone could correct me , or help me to say if I am or not on the right path ! 

 

I have to graph the equation : y = 2x + 1 

 

So I made this table 

 

x      and y = 2X + 1     SO 0 would be equal to 1 / Then 1 would be equal to 3 and then I have to plot this number on a graph, correct ? Are my first number correct ? 

0  --->  1

1----> 3 

2 ---> 

-1 ----> 

-2 ---->
