If we graph the function f(x)=((x-2)^2-9)/3, the x and y intercepts of the graph are connected to make a polygon. What is the area?

Either calculate the x axis ( set y= 0 and solve ) and y axis (set x = 0 and solve) intercepts, or graph it to fine them....did you do that yet?     Then calcualte the area of the trinagle    area = 1/2 b h
