Rosala, do what you need to do to make a good grade. However, if you want to be a good writer, you will have to study and understand all manner of ancient and modern literature.

It’s part of the troll’s toll. :)

I'll help you, Rosala. My connection is jumping through 37 nodes so there is a lag from my end.

Here the first answer.

November of 1859.

That would be shortly after Melody was born :)

Guess who this is?

Aside from the snarky age comment --I'm not Zegroes.

I actually do sympathize with you Rosala.  I have never read this particular Dickens book but I did have to study others when I was a school.  I DID read them but I did not particularly enjoy reading them.  Mind you some of the other books we had to read were definitely worse.

A Tale of Two Cities does have a trememdous amount of history in it.  So that alone makes it better than some of the others.  At least you get to learn something.

Anyway

Some of these questions could be answered if you just google them.

This should help :/

Yes, I do. I neglected to mention that it is LESS aggravating than a particular Moderator on a certain Maths Forum. That particular moderator wouldn’t include Radix, Alan, or CPhill. Well, maybe it includes CPhill, sometimes –but not too often. :)
