I'll just give you an outline,
L passes thought (-1,-6) and (1,2) so the gradient of L is (2--6)/(1--1) = 8/2 = 4/1
K is a paralel line
one point on k is (r,s) so another point would be (r+1,s+4) [ run 1 ans rise 4]
So A is the answer.
