Is y = .27x^2 -2.44x +7.49 explaining on how you got your answer? Or is that the quadratic regression for the data..?

That's the quadratic regression for the data

 

You will probably have to use some sort of technology for these, NSS....I think there is a way to "hand" calculate the function, but it's probably tedious.......

 

I don't think that your teacher would expect you to do that.......technology is DEFINITELY the way to go, here !!!

They let us to desmos calcualtor that's why..  so do you know how you can explain how you got the answer or you just put it in to graph

I just keyed in the points and let the website generate the graph [ and function ] based on that.....it's probably pretty similar to what you would do in Desmos...but.....I'm not sure
