Density is usually   something like    mg   per cc    or  pounds per cubic foot    etc

it  is   the   mass     divided by the volume

300 gm / 500 cc = ........   gm/cc

Struggleing been trying since yesterday to get this.

Mason and Laney ran laps to train for the long-distance running team.  The ratio of the number of laps Mason ran to the number of laps Laney ran was 2 to 3.

A. If Mason ran 4 miles, how far did Laney run?  Draw a diagram to demonstrate how you found the answer.

B. If Laney ran 930 meters, how far did Mason run?  Draw a diagram to determine how you found the answer.

C. What ratios can we say are equivalent to 2:3?

You should post each Q seperately with their own header.......but here is this one

M/L = 2/3

A.    4/L = 2/3   solve for L = 6 mi

B.   M/930 = 2/3    solve for M = 620 m

C.   4 : 6      620: 930    are equiv to  2:3
