This math problem can be easily solved:

1. Do the numerator first.

(4000x10^-23)(0.00035x10^15) = 0.000000014

​       2. Then do the denominator.

5000x10^5 = 500000000

        3. Divide.

0.000000014/50000000 = 0.00000000000000028

Your final answer is  0.00000000000000028.

Notice that we can break this up as :

[4000 * 0.00035] / 5000    *    [10-23 * 10^15] / [ 10^5]    =

(4/5) * 0.00035       *   [ 10^-8] / 10^5    =

0.00028  * 1 / [ 10^13]  =

0.00028 x  10^-13  =

2.8 x 10^-17        [in scientific notation]
