Hmm lets see we just find the area of a circle that is smaller then 200. Which is 153.86. then you put 153.86/200 which is about 77%.

Circle with diameter of 200 ft     radius = 100 ft      area = pi r^2   = 10000 pi      

 

10000 pi  / (area of lot)   x 100% = 78.53 %
