8 ft = 96 inches
to get 8 kits would require 7 cuts 7 cuts means 7/16 waste added to the 7 3/8 required for the 13 kits
13 kits * 7 3/8 + 7/16 = 96.3125 Sooooo close....
So Chuckie can onle get 12 kits from each 8 ft stock
500 kits * ( piece stock )/12kits = ~~ 42 pieces of stock
