The intercept is -4 and the slope is 4/2, so, in slope intercept form the equation is y = 2x - 4

I'll leave you to rearrange this in "standard" form (a pointless exercise in my view!).

In regular slope intercept form, the inequality is y<=2x-4. We write this in standard form:

y<=2x-4

-2x+y<=-4

2x-y>=4.

The system said that basically you have to put it in the form  ax+by+c>0.
