The second equation, if we simplify the equation to make it a "y equals" equation, we get approximately

 

\(y = 4.95x + 0.072\).

 

This means that the graph would have a y-intercept of about \(0.072\) (Exactly \(0.07215007...\)), and the graph would also have a slope that makes the graph steeper. (Meaning the line would be closer to being parallel with the Y-Axis than the graph of y=x.
